UI Suite is a community initiative that aims to provide full Design systems integration inside Drupal architecture. It is designed to target Site builder and Back/Front developer experiences in mind. We’ll focus here on developers.
Since DrupalCon Prague 2022, the UI Suite ecosystem has gained in maturity and lots of discussions happened about the best ways to integrate a Design system in Drupal. From this emerges Best practices.
With the experience gained implementing various private and public design systems (Bootstrap, Material, Protocol, DSFR, …), I propose to present those best practices following feedbacks, evolutions of design systems and Drupal.
